The Raylands park Difference

A Warm and Welcoming Community

Raylands is home to a friendly, like-minded community of holiday homeowners. You’ll find opportunities to socialise and make new friends – but of course, there’s never any pressure. Whether you prefer company or solitude, Raylands is the perfect place to feel at home.

Why Choose Raylands?

Peace, wildlife and freedom – that’s what makes owning a holiday home at Raylands Holiday Park so unique.

Peace, Quiet and Tranquility

Tucked away from the bustle of everyday life, our holiday park offers a calm, safe haven where you can relax and recharge. Whether you’re reading on the deck, taking a scenic countryside walk, or simply listening to the birdsong, Raylands provides a rare escape from life’s constant noise.

A Home Surrounded by Wildlife

We’re proud of our ongoing work in wildlife conservation. From careful woodland management to creating habitats for birds, butterflies and other species, Raylands is alive with nature. Owners often spot deer, hedgehogs, and a wide variety of birds – making every visit feel like a step into the natural world.

Time with Family, Space for Yourself

Many of our holiday homeowners tell us how much they treasure being close enough to family to visit grandchildren and loved ones, while still having their own private retreat. Raylands gives you the best of both worlds – quality time with family, and the space to enjoy peace and independence.

Freedom on Your Terms

With a holiday home at Raylands, you can come and go as you please during the season. Whether it’s a planned family get-together or a last-minute escape to make the most of the sunshine, your holiday home is ready and waiting for you for 11 months of the year.

Stress-Free Ownership

No need to worry about maintenance or upkeep. Our dedicated on-park team take care of the grounds and communal areas, keeping everything beautifully maintained so you can simply arrive, relax, and enjoy your time.
